Sliding Exhaust Rail

 

Oskar sliding suction rail is designed to easily access and remove gas and dust pollutants from working area. It can work together with Oskar self-supporting fume arms or for removing engine exhaust gases with flexible hose, nozzle, balancers etc. Rails may be used in long workshop areas to reach emission points which are spread apart. The basic components of the rail include the rail sections in aluminium with standard lengths of 4m length. A trolley moves on the external track. The trolley includes a connecting flange to attach Oskar self-supporting fume arms or to mount flexible hose. The rail is designed to mount on the wall or from the ceiling. Single segments of sliding rail can by easily joined together to attain greater lengths. Segments of special construction, with different lengths other then standard are available on special request.

 

 

FumEz self-supporting fume arm - the sliding suction rail is normally made to direct mounting 6"/160mm fume arms, to mount arms with other diameters an additional flange is required.

 

Flexible Hoses for extraction of vehicle combustion gases (different diameters and lengths) - in this case one flange connector is needed and also a gear clamp. The other end of hose is equipped with a nozzle. To hang it to the rail use a balancer.

Connection To Ducting System (see diagram):

Construction of Oskar Sliding Suction Rail makes possible connection of ducting system with several different ways. Those possibilities are shown on the diagram. Openings at the end cap and at the top of duct are prepared for direct mounting of Oskar fans.
