BRAND NEW Oskar welding bench with cartridge filters and compressed air cleaning system.

 

The SF1000P welding bench has been designed to exhaust and filter fumes that appear during welding processes. Oskar welding benches create ideal welding workplace conditions - featuring fume arm and down draft exhaust - allowing the capture of dangerous fumes. Consequently the SF1000P unit will make a difference for all of those in need of an efficient, safe and productive work place.

 

The SF1000P has been designed with a filter unit which features two stage filtration; spark trap and 2 polyester cartridges - total filtering area of 12m². The filter unit is equipped with a compressed air cartridge cleaning system which (depending on the model) can be controlled manually or by a timer. The filter unit can work with most dry dusts and fumes, with restrictions to chemically aggressive or explosive gases.

 

(To keep the air pollutant away from the operator and environment the SF1000P has been equipped with ZFP1000 cartridge filter unit.)
