High quality, steel body, precision scroll chucks. Three-jaw configuration, available in sizes 3-16 inches. Cross guide jaw location helps prevent distortion at high speed rotation and increases gripping force.
Special Features:Cross guide adopted (JN type)
Each jaw adopts the cross guide to restrain deflection or distortion even high speed rotation and increase a gripping force. This scroll chuck can interchange the inner jaws and outer jaws alternately and it is durable and economical sufficiently for a limited production of diversified products. The specifications of SC series are as per usual.
Steel body adopted
The steel body is adopted to increase body rigidity and improve durability. Therefore, the chuck can be used at the high speed rotation.
(SC-3, 4, 5, 14 and 16 are made of meehanite cast iron.
JN-6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 are made of steel)
