Model Master 21 is a compact feeder for bar diameters from 15 to 80mm with max length of 2000mm thereby eliminating the need to section long bars into 3 or 4 pieces and reducing the quantity of unusable remnants. This is the ideal bar feeder in the presence of limited lathe spindle length or when available floor space is restricted. The Master 21 provides the perfect solution to the problems typically associated with short bar feeders. The Master 21 is the only bar feeder on the market for bars shorter than 2M that is able to retract the remnant, material is supported with fully enclosed guide channels with hydrodynamic support as on the standard Master barfeed models designed for long bars.
Simple to Use
The Iemca barfeed devices design allows for simple set-up for both mechanical and component programming. Iemca devices allow for setting-up a new material size on full length barfeed models to be both quick and easy and can be less than 2 minutes.
This is the ideal barfeed when lack of floor space is available. This compact model is ideal for automatic loading of longer lengths of material when spindle length is limited.
The compact and intelligent Master 21 is capable of feeding bars at maximum speed without having to adapt bar length to the length of the lathe spindle. This greatly reduces the number of wasted remnants.
The Master 21 is the only bar feeder on the market for bars shorter than 2M that is able to retract the remnant. This feature is especially important when machining large material and reduces the possibility of any internal damage to the lathe when ejecting a remnant through the front of the chuck into the lathe.
Bar Clamping Device
Bar introduction/extraction clamps self-centring directly on bar, requiring no adjustment by the operator when changing bar size.
The round section guide channels are fully closed and lubricated and can be completed replaced without tools in less than a few minutes.
Front Bushing Device
The front bushing holder device allows a fast change of the front half-bushings at every working change (less than 30 sec).
An extra front support bushing device gives additional guidance and stability to the bar feed for bars that are smaller than the spindle bore.
Axial Shift Device
An axial shift device is offered for access to the rear of the lathe
