Quality & Environmental Policy

It is the policy of 1st Machine Tool Accessories Limited to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 (or any other standard in line with Annex SL Structure) in pursuit of its primary objectives, the purpose and the context of the organization.

It is the policy of 1st Machine Tool Accessories Limited to:

  • Endeavour to satisfy the requirements of all our customers and other stakeholders and interested parties, to meet or surpass their expectations;
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements, codes of practice and other requirements, inclusive of the nature, scale and environmental impacts of its activities, products and services;
  • Reducing hazards, the prevention of injury, ill health, the protection of the environment, inclusive of pollution, reduce waste and minimize the consumption of resources, climate change mitigation and adaption, protection of biodiversity and ecology.
  • Senior Management are to supply all the necessary resources and tools, trained and competent staff and any additional requirements to enable these objectives to be satisfied.
  • Communicate to all employees, making them aware of their individual obligations in respect of this quality and environmental policy. Ensuring copies are available on staff notice boards and electronically, as reminders.
  • Continue the maintenance of our Management system that will achieve these objectives and the pursuit of continual improvement in the effectiveness and performance of the Management system based on “risk”.

This Quality and Environmental Policy gives a structure for providing the core subjects, to enable the setting, monitoring, reviewing and achieving our objectives, plans and targets.

Customer Service is the Key of the environmental process, to motivate, educate and train all employees, ensuring an awareness and understanding of quality and environment and its impact on customer service and of the products or services in which we provide.

In order to ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality and environmental system is regularly reviewed by Top Management to make sure it remains appropriate and suitable to our business.  The Quality and Environmental System is subject to both internal and external annual audits.
