The MultiZero Adapter Plate is a versatile add-on for the MultiZero Pallet and MultiZero Clamp Pallet.  Offering flexible solutions for specialized machining applications:

1. Workpiece to system standard integration: In cases where SINCO-standard holes (50mm pitch) cannot be implemented. such as subcontracting jobs where holes are prohibited or interfere with subsequent processes—the Adapter Plate allows for customized positioning holes. These can replicate pre-existing workpiece holes or be tailored to suit specific needs. Once mounted on the Adapter Plate, the workpiece and plate can be positioned seamlessly on a MultiZero Pallet using H7 centering pins. The Adapter Plate’s underside is preconfigured to the SINCO standard.
2. Wire EDM Compatibility: For applications requiring Wire EDM processing.  the Adapter Plate protects the MultiZero Pallet from damage during cutting operations. The workpiece is mounted the the Adapter Plate. Which is then mounted onto the pallet. The Adapter Plate can be transferred from the pallet. Along with the workpiece to the Wire EDM machine, where it undergoes processing. The adapter protects the pallet from wire damage while maintaining zero-point repeatability for repositioning on the pallet afterward. This clamping application ensures a full zero-point offset, allowing seamless workpiece transfer with the pallet across machining processes—milling, sink and wire EDM, and measuring—without losing the initial zero-point.
