The low-cost V391, part of the Darex Drill Sharpener range, increases drill sharpening productivity and accuracy while reducing costs.

The versatile, easy to use unit is suitable for drills from 3mm to 19mm diameter with point angles from 118 to 140 degrees and will accurately regrind standard, HSS, cobalt, thick webbed and split point drills.

The V391 incorporates two separate grinding wheels, one for sharpening and the other for point splitting. Super abrasive Borazon (CBN) wheels are standard for regrinding high speed steel (HSS) and cobalt drills, while optional diamond wheels are available for use with carbide tooling.

Featuring a compact, fully enclosed design that includes a vacuum extraction port for clean and safe operation, the V391 requires no special tools in operation.

With the new V391 typically costing less than 100 new bits, payback is very fast. Soon you will be sharpening drills ‘for free’.
